Intellectual Property
- All content, including questions, study materials, and test series, is owned by Exam Nurture or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access content for personal educational use.
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content requires written permission.
- User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it on our platform.
- Trademark and brand assets of Exam Nurture may not be used without authorization.
Disclaimers & Limitations
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee specific exam results or success.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months.
- Service availability may be subject to maintenance and technical issues.
Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
- Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease immediately.
- Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
